Overview

An overview of how we collect and use your information. This is an overview of:

  • the types of information we collect about you
  • how we collect and use it
  • who we might share it with
  • the steps we’ll take to make sure it stays private and secure
  • your rights to your information.

Information that we collect

All gym information on this website can be viewed without registering an account with us. While we do have plans to implement additional features for our registered users, the gym data will always be browsable anonymously. Upon and after account creation, the only information that we collect comes from one of the following two sources:

  • you yourself (email address for local account creation, or additional and optional general information added to your profile page)
  • third party providers, only when used for social login purposes

We’ll only collect your information in line with relevant regulations and law and this may relate to any of our products or services you apply for, currently hold or have held in the past. You’re responsible for making sure you give us accurate and up to date information. If you provide information for another person (you must have obtained that person’s consent to both disclose, and the processing of that personal data in accordance with the privacy notice), you’ll need to tell them how to find the Privacy Notice and make sure they agree to us using their information for the purposes set out in it.

How we use collected information

We’ll use it only for the following reasons:

  • To administer, personalise and secure our website.
  • To supply you with our products and services.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we can share your information with

  • Only you. We do not share your information with any business, partners, or third-parties.

How long we’ll keep your information

We will only hold on to data that you have provided for as long as your account exists on our website. We will have an option to de-activate your account, which will lock your account from usage until re-activation. This is separate from a full account closure, and all user data is retained in this state.

How to have your data removed

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to provide you a way to delete your private information. The easiest way to do this will be to use our close account link. If at any time you are unable to use the close account link, please contact us directly via our email contact link in the footer to request that your account is closed and data is removed.

Transferring your information overseas

Personal data that we collect, is currently stored in our servers located in Japan. If you are located outside of Japan, please note that your data is being transferred internationally only for the purpose of being stored in our servers and again when displayed on the device(s) you use to view our website.
